I am not so sure If I get this right, however, GDTK controls 8% of FGBF. FGBF has 29 Mio shs O/S. At $ 6 we would get a cap of $ 174 Mio. GDTK could then sell its stake and cash in approx. 14 Mio $. GDTK has 20 Billion shs. O/S = 0.0007 share price versus 0.0001 presently. Would not smart money move into GDTK then to play a double-game. Long FGBF and Long GDTK?
