Opportunity, I understand your position. You are not bashing, you just want to see some evidence of progress.
You are wanting Moro to take RECAF into clinical trials for an FDA application but according to the last filing, Moro has appeared to change his position about conducting trials and now wants that cost to be the responsibility of a licensee.
IMO, that position does make sense. Moro does not have an unlimited supply of funds and Dog RECAF is not selling enough so Moro's cash position is going to take precedence over running trials. Moro already has over 166 million shares outstanding and a lot of unhappy Paulson investors.
What I really do not understand is why Moro has not done anything with the therapeutics if he really had the peptide three years ago as he told investors. If it was patentable, why were they not filed years ago? Why no licensees for therapeutics if it works like he claims?
You can easily see why Moro needs new patents because all of the previous applications were based on a 1994 filing and would only be good until 2014.
The confidence factor in any press release is low. There have just been too many things forcasted in press releases that were not met.
