I did not sell anything either.
IMHO Examiner did not pave anyroad to any lawsuits. It is written in the report that going after those lawsuits that Weil gave up pursuing would be a gamble. He says that "gamble".

If you were a judge what would you do after this comment?!?!?

Anyway, we are all on the same side but I just do not understand several pumpers here still claiming ridicoulus $10, $20, $30pps.
