When you look at all the great things that have been posted, in press releases etc it is dissapointing to say the least, and costly at these prices the stock trades at. Was it not written somewhere that when they made the arrangements to purchase this there was an issue of 1 million shares with a guarantee to buy them back at $1.00 per share minimum in a year?
