I don't see anything in there that states shares can be acquired for any percentage below market price. Also, at the time of that information, only 2 investments were made totaling over 10% of the total dollar amount to be raised, one of which was on July 13th.

If you take a look at July 13th:

The stock price actually went *UP* during the "dilution".
