If you had been paying attention you would have noticed that JBII has purchased and installed a gas compressor system to capture, store, and recover the off gasses produced by the P2O process.

Please refer to the IsleChem letter that describes the hydrocarbon output output of the P2o process for further details.

Please note that winter formulations of both gasoline and diesel contain butane.

The gas compressor system JBII has installed separates out the butane and condenses it into a liquid which will be sold. The other gases are compressed and used to provide heat for the P2O process.

All of theses things have been discussed many times on this board.

I don't know what you smell, but it isn't another permit requirement.
