Short Creek question...

Tower hill stock is going wild - ur looking for JV with larger, more experienced company, that's good; but I think our odds are much better with the fact Tower Hill is doing much better.

You've mentioned several offers in the past? How long ago was this? And why are we making announcements to "seek" offers if we've already received offers?

MC: Offers were not big enough to fund what needs to be done at Shorty Creek. The latest evaluation (report now downloaded under minerals tab) the geologic system is much more complex, so the testing is more complex. There are actually six systems to test...and it takes consider up to $15M+ to do the testing.

There is 55 sq miles under claim. We don't have resources to work it effectively. It deserves the attention of a larger company.

alot of advantages, we think it makes a lot of sense, although we'd have to "TAKE A PARTNER ON".... although our share would be less than 100%, it would still be advantageous
