Thanks, Marayatano. I also believe the EC will have a competing POR in the next few days and will use the Equity friendly points of the Examiner's report to provide support to what they file.
The Examiner points to various issues being very possible for WMI to obtain (tax returns, cap contributions) but always followed it up with the delays of litigation or claims by JPM & FDIC to not support litigating to get those funds.
Well ... JPM or FDIC aren't going to just go away with their claims or hand over billions in funds they could get from Rosen.
So Susman is a top LITIGATOR! He asked for asset verification and didn't get it so he needs to lean on the other parties with a competing POR and litigation threats now to get equity into the money.
