The TA confirmed the retirement of shares but not what the share structure was after the action. It's entirely possible that the company did retire 43B+ shares that they issued after the R/S in June.
However, it's also possible that they issued shares from the 800M+ that were available from the A/S right after they took the action.
Only the company knows for sure.
