Well, IMO, gagged is different. Gagged would mean that the company directed the TA to not release the info, whereas, this seems to be Action Stock Transfers policy on all stocks they represent.

Result is still that the only one who knows is the company. Investors are left in the dark until a new filing comes out.

Don’t gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don’t go up, don’t buy it.
