Just called Action Stock Transfer. They do not release share structure information.

Share Structure Info can only be released by the company.

It seems that is the policy in general. Didn't even ask about a specific stock just that I need share structure for a stock they handled.

Don’t gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don’t go up, don’t buy it.
