Just need to send out invitations to investors and let them make a choice here. The DD is good and solid, Business plan good, follow thru by the company, do not know. Contracts even though minuscule add up over time. a 6K contract X 10= 60K.

CLDR is trying to get enough start up capitol to invest and acquire smaller companies that make them more attractive to bigger companies. The next several days to weeks will tell the tale here.

Mr. Lovatt has two companies and has shares in two more. We will see if this style of dilution spread out to gain capitol thru equity can catapult them into bigger financial institutions.
