I know what you are talking about most of the penny stocks dilute the heck out of their stocks, they had 3 recent gold stock runners. us the C stock and the P stock. As you saw today and by the daily volume on the C stock in comparioson to us their SS is huge and thus dilution began to crush them today. Also look at the P stock everyone is pumping everywhere, it has 5 billion A/S and the O/S and float are huge compared to ours. Read todays PR they are not going to change our SS thus there is no chance of dilution here. The groups that short these do not do research they just short the highest runners. They are screwed with this one big time just like all my other staocks that ran up to the highest gains in pennyland history. This company did a F/S recently no need for any R/S they did the exact opposite and hold more than 60% of the float so there can be no hostile takeovers. They are on the ball and the more DD you do you will see there is none out there that can compare.
