I think there's a lot of stuff that Teva claims that doesn't add up but to me the biggest question is why should Marth BS now and look like a complete idiot a couple of years down the road when tEnox's application is gathering dust at the FDA
To what extent does TEVA always operate by keeping the competition in the dark? This can be done as well by dis-information as by being quiet.
I seriously doubt TEVA is attempting to damage MNTA in any way. They just want it to be harder for others to know when they can win.
