Thanks for stepping up to the plate on this one, and I would hope that your answer comes from some degree of personal knowledge. As I stated earlier, it's a question of credibility... and while the management of TEVA may be very credible, I don't remember ever reading anyone make that kind of claim... an "the FDA told us we're good with 'a' and they are working on 'b' now" answer. This would be a first AFAIK.

In any event, I'm not even so very sure that eliminating the TEVA approval overhang at some point in the 2-6 month time frame would be a terribly bad thing for the PPS, given the results of the very palpable fear that that overhang exerts now.
