I'm not sure if you seem to realize or not how this is perceived.

But when to the naked eye people carry on like normal even though they are losing big chunks of money daily, it just seems strange that they are not being proactive instead of just letting it happen. And if someone only reads this board and know nothing else that is exactly how it seems.
