I think we haven't addressed the Daic parties and the logic involved in their going forward. I think we may have underestimated their fear of losing. Most seem to think the Daic parties won't give up anything and will fight this thing to the end. I don't think that is the case. We have to assume they know or have some idea also that the potential of Calypso going forward is huge. They know what they've done and if they in fact have a chance of pulling off the biggest grab in history. I think once the facts start mounting that show their game plan is not going to work out, they will go for settlement to stay in the game. They know they can be in the game and make millions or get cut out altogether and not make anything. Anyone faced with those options will always choose the later. I don't care what kind of ego you have, the thought of losing that much money will change their mind about settlement. They might rationalize it in some other way after it's over or somehow structure their thought process to believe they have won, and in fact, if they do settle they have won something they were never entitled to anyway.
