Out of curiosity how many people on this board know people with PBA and severe enough to seek treatment?

Severe enough is a good point, the most optimistic ones about sales don't undertsand drug like this. Only severe cases are treated in this type of disease. I assume FDA had safety concern, approved only 20/10mg which had moderate efficacy relative to 30/10mg. People stop medication when efficacy is moderate in this type of disease.
