So you are saying that Mean Gene the IQ machine and his trusty horse, Mr. Public Defender, are to going win one for all of us longs and force big bad NSS to cover? I think there is a significant NSS here but, if you ever want to make any money from a short squeeze, you need to have:

A) A legitimate underlying business that is generating cash flow and/or has assets worth more than liabilities (read: book value)

and

B) A sophisticated management team, with lots of $$$ and a lot of patience, to prove that a NSS exists and force a cover.

I haven't seen any proof that there is ANY business here. Gene has alluded to fictitious revs in the past and I believe that he will inevitably end up behind bars. Secondly, these guys are penniless fools who can't afford anyone beyond a public defender to move forward. Dr. Patrick Byrne, CEO of Overstock, had lots of money and lots of intelligence (even though he's a perrenial paranoid). He even had a real business with reported revenues. Has he had any luck?

People need to move on with their life orrrr, if they are pissed off enough about losing money to a man of Gene's "caliber", try to take action against the guy. He's an obvious crook. I didn't lose much money and knew that I was simply taking a flyer when I bought my shares but, its embarassing nonetheless. The guy is soooo unimpressive its a joke.

Learn from your mistakes and move on. I still have all of my shares on the offer and haven't been filled in months.
