He indicated one of the reasons for seeking a new accounting firm is the delays....

Without being really specific, he clearly intimated that the fins would be released very soon...matter of days. The report would then follow immediately after. The report is done. He seemed to say that the protocol, or the process demanded the fins prior to the report.
