If they're not releasing 2010 until it has been audited and they don't yet have an accounting firm, my guess is the wait will be quite a while.

A normal audit is not a quick process. In this case it will be a newly hired firm, doing an entire 3 quarter's worth of audits, based on un-audited numbers and prior periods for which no good information exists.

Personally, I'd be surprised if any audited 2010 statements made it out this year.
