Mwr has paid and is obligated to pay all legal fees in the Fitzgerald lawsuit and in return they were to get 50% of the net proceeds of any recovery.

Tronox has no risk, yet they were to receive 50% of any proceeds for doing nothing, yet Tronox wants to pull out of the Fitzgerald case.

As of today, MWR looks to want to continue the lawsuit as well as continuing to provide 100% of the funding while Tronox is set to put the brakes to the whole thing. I would think it's crossed the mind of MWR that it's possible a closed door settlement could have been reached without MWR management or Tronox shareholders knowing about it.

The Rothschild's colluding due to being on Barrick's board as well as being Tronox's bankrupty advisor is purely my thoughts.

As a tronox shareholder questions should be raised over this issue, specially if MWR succeeds on their own. Don't forget that MWR is also involved in the lawsuits in Chile over Barrick's Pascua Lama. Interesting MWR is involved in 2 huge lawsuits that effect Barrick in a large way.
