Now shown in SEC Court Docs.
And WowGreen had in their contract, first right of refusal.

So J-dog knew no Offer of any kind would ever happen, in real life.
He was already in bed with Allie.
And the backdoor payments had just put a million $$$'s in his personnal pocket, from StevieC and the boyz.
Why sell anything? To him it was just starting to happen.

The Court Docs show J-dog first says, .10 Offer.
Then when quessed about the Total Sum, he takes that back.
And Says, No. $25million Cash and Stock in a New Company and other partner Companies was the offer.
So there Never was a Cash offer of .10/Share.
Only an Offer he thought would be worth .10/Share.
