when I look at the charts from MSFT, dell, ibm, aapl, csco and some others I'm more inclined to say that near term we go down than up from here. Still, if we move below 2000, I expect it to be very briefly.

Longer term, I still believe that whenever this consolidation phase (2000-2150) is over, we start an uptrend.
