Tis bout right but it went to 348 million and then back down to 343 million according to the TA, I mean I don't really have a problem with the current amount of dilution, it's pretty tame compared to a lot of other start ups and should the company actually become successful, then even at 500 million O/S it would be very profitable cause we'd at least get a dollar.

Now if they go to a billion or two, the risk reward ratios begin to get somewhat bad, but with their current statements, it'll probably be done over the next couple of months anyway one way or the other.

Cause you don't just come out and say hey umm... we got a few million dollars in revenue, I'm hoping it breaks to the positive, I wanna think it will, but I also would not be surprised to learn that this was one last great pump.
