I think a slow drip from .0005 is pennies of what they can make if they turned it around to buy action...plus @ this level, an ICOA death spiral is extremely small with the recent type of volume...if they push it over .001 or higher, then bring it down, they could make more $$$, we could make more $$$ by selling @ the peak, and everybody's happy exept the new bagholders...
