Thank mikey,,,no it is good to be doubt the honesty of icoa management team.....last time the TA did confirm that the OS was reduced by 1.3 billion and now next week we can again reconfirm whether the company did cancel the other 1.3 billion shares....if they are not then we should take note and decide whether to invest or move on...but I think they are trying to build investor confidence and reducing the OS for a possible JV deal...let's find out next week, shall we???
