Train Guy, no I have never heard that mutual funds had the option of using the daily high price to set their end of month book value.

I had thought they were limited to the official closing price at the end of the trading day. That would be consistent with the last hour or even last two minute ramp jobs you see so often at month end.

If you learn anything different than this, please share it on the thread.
