Here you go....

Press the "Screen Print" button on you keyboard. That saves a copy of your screen. Open the application "Paint" which comes with the operating system. From the edit menu of paint, select paste. From the file menu, select Save As and give your picture a name. Be sure to change it to type JPEG if you want to load to ihub.

You can also edit the picture with paint to select a smaller area or reduce the size of the picture. More than 1000 pixels wide is probably too big for ihub...

You could also use any photo editing software you might be familiar with....
