I'll agree only to the fact that times are hard. I still see many companies receiving financing though, and the more green they are, the more likely the financing. If ARSC truly had a viable FC, the old saying is: build it and the people will come. Nobody's knocking down ARSC's door though.

The first question a SMART investor here would be asking is if they sold this FC, or is giving it away for promotional purposes,ie; the right to PR it and sell more shares thereupon?

This PR event should be a milestone. Why was it not called just that? Why didn't the PR read: "ARSC Sells First Hydrastax Fuel Cell"?

Did they sell it, or was it just 'received'?

One of these days, people will catch on to how tricky ARSC words their PRs to create the most amount of misconstrued positivity, while avoiding any/all legal ramifications.

If I were an investor, I'd want to KNOW how much this unit sold for?

Or did investors just foot the bill for another freebie that only flitters their money away yet further?
