To Monicalaw: There was/is no one here who more ardently believed in a settlement taking place prior to November 1 ... then me. I not only thought it would happen. I KNEW it would happen, because it was the only truly logical outcome.

That is did'nt happen, rattled me. I've had to stand back and try to get my mind around just what is now going on.

That's what happened.
