Fully agree. transparency of data has altered the way short selling takes place and has reduced the opportunities for the 1990's - 2004 type abuses we once knew and heard of.

The Reg SHO list is no longer a list of massive FTD's like it once was and that is because the regulations are working more efficiently thru the transparency of data.
