or all of my reply to azgirl you would have seen the substantiation. There has been a lot of substantiation posted on this board (some were included in the affidavit) but for some reason you and others just blow it off.
You azgirl,gingersnap1212,joined by a couple others came in a guns a-blazing last night, apparently to disrupt the breaking news by bombarding this board for a little over two hrs. Spilling Kool aid all over the place. LOL But thats OK cause that's your right to do if you so choose.

Yes there are two sides to every story. Look at the substantiation of each side. Owen is good at blaming others for his negligence ie the three jacks or who I call the Three Wise Men. They had nothing to do with the feds or regulators getting involved in the first place and he knows it. If he wasn't doing anything wrong in the first place there would be no trouble now.
He has a problem with doing things by the same rules every one else plays by. He is fighting the law and bringing every one else down with him. You don't change the law by flagrantly breaking it every step of the way. Then playing the martyr, even giving money to a civil rights activist it has been reported! The stock holders have civil rights too and I feel they have been violated.
This all could have been dealt with and corrected when he first found out he screwed up. He chose to ignore. Then apparently according to the affidavit, proceeded to break even more laws.
So here we are and yes as stated on the news release:

Phillips cautioned that the charges contained in this complaint are simply accusations, and not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting the charges must be presented to a federal trial jury, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.

We all know that too. We the people are demanding answers and by God and Country Owen will have his chance to prove to all of US his innocence.
