Nyb - not familiar with P&F much. I use candles mostly. The chart below shows:
1 CFM : just starting which is why the dip is rounding and starting to roll north.
2. Accum vs Dist: which is good and it is where the money has been going for the past I would say 10 days judging from the chart.
3.Congestion/resistance at 3-3.10 which must be broken with sound volume the 20MA for vol +,
4.ADX is still showing strength on the negative trend, but it should show a pincher starting verrrry soon based on the CFM, or normally does if we you are heading north in this situation.
5.Volumeis picking up according to the chart.
It is an early entry, but since it is rounding a dip I would be very temped, others would say wait until resistance is broken. Slightly Longer term it should do some very nice things based on the news you posted. JMHO (I reentered the stock as of last Friday)
