agree, I was not making a statement on who that benefited.....having no signed contract presented does not help Kaplanis' case either, just wondering why such an incomplete exhibit would be submitted to the court....not much better than having none presented in a legal setting, I would have to guess.....

(if e-signed, a note could have been attached, or maybe written on the exhibit saying this was the case, or something like that.....my non-attorney mussing, FWIW....)
