OK, but history says this is also the timeframe where prior CCAJ acquistion/merger attempts have also failed. If they don't file soon, they should still put out something in the next couple of weeks regarding this issue.

The last team that tried to fix the books failed after starting to make statements like "it is taking longer than expected." We have heard one of these types of statements by PI thus far. GL
