4 Although the Plaintiff filed a claim for breach of contract and referred to the contract as "Exhibit A," Plaintiff did not attach a copy of the contract to the Complaint. The Defendants have attached a copy of the contract as Exhibit A to this motion. Not only does the contract provide the Plaintiff with a remedy at law, but the parties contracted for the remedies the Plaintiff would be entitled to in the event of termination of the contract. See Exhibit A, Section 6(b).
