I think you are both wrong in your assumptions, Both the deal with Al Sousa and Packit are corporate associations and contracts with JBI Inc. and not JB personally.

The response also goes into detail that Mr. Kaplanis was dismissed with cause for violating paragraphs b,c and e of his employment agreement. These sections deal with non-compete, solicitation of employees and taking company property.

Sounds to me like Kaplanis is one sore looser and his case does not have a chance.
