Petro America - Kansas Corporation

This is Karen Boone. There is misinformation posted online about me. I would like to set the story straight. In the following, Petro indicates Petro America Corp and Worldstar indicates Worldstar Corporation.

HISTORY
• I purchased shares in Petro about two years ago, when Petro was a private company. This was the case for what I have heard is the majority of Petro shareholders.
• I believe that there was no restriction on the recommendation and/or purchase of shares from a private company.
• I shared information I had learned and received with personal friends and associates after learning about Petro.
• I wrote an email to friends and associates shortly after I learned about Petro, which was evidently forwarded from one person to another, without my knowledge nor approval, until it finally ended up being posted online.
• I was one of hundreds of shareholders who let others know about the private Petro opportunity about 2 years ago.
• I believe that no governmental applications nor forms (with the exception of corporate documents) had been filed to take the company public at the time I made my purchase and shared Petro with others.
• I have communicated with, and still communicate with, some fellow Petro shareholders who have requested that I forward emails I receive about Petro and that I keep them in the information loop.

NO SELLING OF SHARES
• I have never sold ANY shares of Petro stock.
• I have never offered any shares of Petro stock for sale.
• I have never received any money, nor promise of money, from any shareholder or potential shareholder in Petro pertaining to the purchase of shares.
• I have never purchased any shares of Petro stock from a third party.

NOT AN AGENT
• I am not, and never have been, an agent of Petro, of Worldstar, of any other subsidiary of Petro nor of Owen Hawkins, CEO of Petro.
• I am not, and never have been, employed in any capacity by Petro, by Worldstar, by any other subsidiary of Petro or by Owen Hawkins.
• I am not, and never have been, officially affiliated with Petro, with Worldstar, with any other subsidiary of Petro or with Owen Hawkins, with the exception of being a Petro shareholder.
• I have never received any money, nor promise of money, from Petro, from Worldstar, from any other subsidiary of Petro nor from Owen Hawkins.
• I have never been offered, nor have I signed, any contract regarding Petro, Worldstar, any other subsidiary of Petro and/or Owen Hawkins.

Please note that I am not a blogger, so I will not be following this thread. I simply wanted to correct the misinformation.
