Question to the Board:

With all this talk about "who" is doing the selling, I have a question. I know that in certain situations, the officers of a company must file forms when they are selling or buying shares of their company. I guess my question is, does this apply to all situations? Is there ways around this so that it is possible for them to sell without shareholders knowing?

Please, no BS answers here, as I am being as serious as I can be. I mean, almost all of us who own shares here are still here because of what we feel has been minimal delution. 2 small S-8's in 2½ years is nothing in my book. But I want to know what is holding us back, and why anyone would sell down at .011. I honestly do not believe Daryn or anyone with the company is selling, although if that was the case I definately want to know about it.

Alright now bashers, have your way with me. LOLOL
