Well because setting up manufacturing takes time, effort and MONEY. Deans doesn't have the capital to set it up. How many times has Dean or Mike or whomever gone to Asia? If they were about to unleash the turbines they would be in Asia every quarter. If you believe Dean is planning to make these units here I think you are seriously mistaken. They have a hard enough time managing their overhead in a relatively small facility.
