You are one of the few posters here who is critical of the 504s AND who grasps that WNBD needs to get $s somewhere AND who has concrete alternative suggestions. So many posters make the stunningly facile argument that WNBD should simply stop raising new capital, regardless of the consequences. I really appreciate the rationality you bring to this discussion.

You might very well be correct about the need for compensated awareness. I'm not at all convinced about your other suggestion -- that WNBD raise a large chunk of capital down here at these prices (though clearly in hindsight it would have been a winning strategy when WNBD was up at 1.5c, and I remember you advocating it then as well).

But I remain convinced that the long slide down from 1.2c is due to longs selling -- not to the 504s. The 504s were around when WNBD had a seemingly solid base in the 1c to 1.2c range. They were around up at 1.5c. They have ALWAYS been around. The difference that explains why WNBD is at 0.003 is that longs have been selling.

I am convinced, however, that there are many longs who perceive that WNBD is a much better value at 0.003 than it was at 0.009 or 0.0120. Not only is the PPS 1/3 or 1/4 what it was, but also Eric has been (slowly) making steps in the right direction.
