They wouldn't do a R/S now. They are at .01 average and so many PR's to get them to a way higher PPS. I could see if we were trading at .0001 with no bid and a float of 8 billion shares.

We have a float of 19 million and an A/S of 300 million. And a lot of eyes will come to this after the next PR shines light on what they are doing behind the scenes for exposure.
