The longer he hold rates steady, the more pressure for completion of bonds assets into equities conversion that has happened since 7/22 will continue awaiting the recovery in economy.

I'm mostly bonds holder and when I've read Zeev's comment my first thought was: hummm it's maybe time to dump those bonds before rate start to go high. It's all about capital preservation here...
