I asked the CEO on his Facebook page TODAY if the chill had been released yet and here is his response:

No. The chill is in place. My orginal statement stands. Beyond the current float no additional shares will be in the market for as long as a few months unless something changes dramatically. In any case, when shares are able to come into the market it will be done in a far more controlled fashion then in the past.
