again, help me out here.......One question, Has anyone entered a ticket to see if VCTY has submitted any paperwork to FINRA for a new CUSIP number? I had understood that we had a name change on the table? This can only happen, to my knowledge, if a they obtain a new CUSIP number, under new FINRA rules. Please point me in the direction of this DD if anyone has done. Or correct me please if I am wrong.
