I also appreciate your clarifying that CNEX would get say, 5% of the proceeds from the mining, and the other, larger company would get 95% of the proceeds, in a joint venture, but that the larger company would pay for all the large costs of the drilling, and the actual mining.

I am assuming a JV would cause the share price of CNEX to go up significantly, too.
