The big word in your post is IF. The other IF is IF the backers of GBOE were different then maybe it would succeed but unfortunately for the current investors they are the same as SARS and it went down the tubes and as a result a lot of people lost a lot of money. There have been enough warning posts and the current lack of interest in investing is the result. Only those that are hanging on hope they'll get back some of their investment.
