Newport Beach, CA - July 14, 2010 - DynTek, Inc. (DYNE.PK), a leading provider of professional technology services, today announced it has entered into a into a new Loan and Security Agreement whereby the Company may borrow up to $28 million under a revolving loan credit facility (the "Credit Facility"). An existing investor of DynTek, Inc. and affiliated entities are the lenders under the Credit Facility.
