LOL! I didn't mean to mislead you, here4beer, but ''my private margin banker'' is my older brother Joe. Now, he'd be plenty pissed off at me if BFHJ were to get sick somehow or other in some unforeseen way, so as to go belly-up, but I don't think that he'd ever fore close on Susie's & my 55 year old, 550 s.f. trailer, but he could get so angry that he might kick my big fat butt for having (again!) got burnt so bad by a gd stinkie-pinkie, for as I have mentioned before, he can't stand 'em & doesn't trust ANY of them! BTW: His loans to me are NOT interest free, because I try to keep them as business like as I can, so that he can never throw it up to me that he ever 'just gave me the money'! Nope! It's a genuine loan, but the terms are good, and then, just like ARISTOTLE ONASSIS is quoted as having said one time, when some body asked him how he ever made so much money? And he is reported as having said, succinctly: OPM! ''(BY USING) OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY!'' Has always seemed like a good idea to me, I was just never motivated enough or knowledgable enough to do it, or know how to do it! Now I am, and I really am convinced that shortly, we are all going to be blessed & increased in our own personal wealth, if we just won't abandon the good ship BFHJ before she reaches her expected 'PORT OF CALL'!!! Thank you, though, for your show of genuine concern, compassion, & good advice, the which I DO BELIEVE was sincerely given! GLTU! & GO BFHJ! JAIME :)
